I'm very excited to offer you the only scissors designed specifically for cutting paracord! If you are a fanatic like the Paracordist for clean paracord work, then why settle for frayed and torn ends that result from using dull or inferior scissors? Your hard work may result in finished products look sloppy, burned ends will be uglier than they need to be, and you'll struggle to attach paracord fids / lacing needles. Sure you can learn to sharpen your scissors and do so every work session like I did, or you can add the Paracordist's Kleen-Cut scissors to your toolbox. The Kleen-Cut is designed with a unique cutting edge that employs Micro-Shear technology; a blade by-pass cutting method which reduces effort and extends tool life as the cutting blades do not meet edge to edge. As long as this tool is used as intended; for cutting paracord - it will serve you for many, many years and NOT require sharpening. AREN'T THESE THE SAME SCISSORS XURON MANUFACTURES FOR THE FIBER OPTICS INSUSTRY? NO!!' Read this blog for details http://blog.paracordist.com/2013/07/are-paracordist-kleen-cut-scissors.html
Note: the scissors are now made specially for us with black handles rather than the blue shown in the photos to avoid confusion with Xuron's other scissor models!
For an example of the Kleen-Cut, check out this video; then decide if your scissors perform as well!

Best cutters for paracord I've ever used.

I hated cutting paracord. I tried everything, high end scissors, razor blades, knives, etc. So I didn't think this would be any different. But it was. They almost always cut cleanly and have been the best thing I've used so far. I just got them, so we'll see how the longevity goes, but so far so good. I'd buy them again.

The price seems a bit high, but these scissors work very well, and are absolutely worth the price. The cut is cleaner than a new Xacto Blade, andf their shape and size is perfect for paracord.

These scissors are amazing and definitely a gem when working with paracord. These are a life saver and cut clean every time, thank you!!!

This scissors was made to cut paracord. No frays clean cut all the time. Only thing that prevented the 5 star rating is that the scissors is always open, it needs a sheath or a latch to keep it closed.

Absolutely LOVE these scissors!! They are serrated on the cutting edges, which keeps the cord from slipping to the end of the blades while cutting. A nice clean cut every time!

The paracord scissors are better than the claims and reviews!!
I live in UK so had to wait a fair old time to get my hands on the scissors after I'd ordered them - I doubt US residents would have the wait, but now the wait is over, it certainly was worth it.
Obviously the scissors are new and you'd expect them to cut well - bit these cut PERFECTLY, not a hint of fraying and thats cutting at really oblique angles to make a really tapered point and at 45' and blunt 9' cuts. I couldn't be more pleased. If you are looking and wondering, then wonder no more, buy them!!

I bought these because I did not want ruin my wife's good fabric scissors. So far, they are the cleanest cut I have used. (I am very finicky about my cuts.) I read the reviews, the ones says g just use a pair of $10 scissors, I was, and hated the cut. So as long as these last, I will never buy a different pair.

Snipped a couple loose pieces of paracord the second I pulled these out of the package just to see if it was money well spent. It was. Clipped the ends at a clean (no fraying) 45 degree angle without having to hold the cord at any tension at all. Can't tell you how many times I've taken a chunk out of the underside of one of my fingers in the past, holding the cord taut between my thumb and fingers trying to cut that angle, and the ends would still fray out. Glad THOSE days are over. These will be dedicated paracord scissors; I won't be using them on anything else. As long as it keeps making that quality of cut I'll be extremely happy with this purchase.
